Freight charges
We dispatch orders 1-2 business days after we receive your order and payment. You should email us if you require goods urgently at sales@ecoyogastore.co.nz. Our online shopping cart will calculate the courier charges as you go through the check out process.
If the product/s you've ordered are not in stock our system will allow you to
pre-order it/them if the next shipment is on its way from our manufacturer. We'll contact you to
advise a delivery date as soon as this is confirmed.
Australia
Customers in Australia can log into www.ecoyogastore.com.au to shop. There products will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
International Orders
We can ship goods to any country in the world but the cost to send them has to be individually calculated. Please place your order for your products and choose the shipping options 'International Orders' and we will contact you to organise your shipping directly.
We keep our website as up-to-date as possible but from time to time the
information about prices and availability may not be absolutely accurate.
