Hello Ingrid and Helen I started this thank you weeks ago - just wanted to say "amazing service" - could not have asked for more. From Ingrid's response within hours of my inquiry (night time) to Helen ringing to check I could now see the button, to Ingrid again coming to the rescue to get my payment through and shipment out the door - yoga teacher was none the wiser about any to-ing and fro-ing to get that strap :) Your level of service actually went a little beyond what I deserved as I'd dropped the ball on this and then it became urgent. Will definitely be back, will definitely be singing your praises to all and will be keeping in mind your level of service (as the standard) when I'm setting up my own little online business.
